{ Recipe } Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Mushrooms & Basil Leaves

Recipe

  • 2 Scrambled Eggs
  • 1 Rasher Bacon
  • 6 Mushrooms (Quartered)
  • 1 Tbsp cup Basil Leaves Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Cracked Pepper

Method

  • Crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk until combined. (I do not add milk or salt).
  • Start cooking the bacon and mushrooms on medium heat in a frying pan or BBQ, whichever tickles your fancy :) Add the basil to the mushrooms just before you take them off the heat.

Meanwhile....

  • Boil a cup of water in a saucepan, place a metal bowl over the boiling water (as you do to melt chocolate buttons) turn down the heat half way and add the egg mix. Fold over from the sides gently until cooked, but still moist and glistening.
  • Add cracked pepper and eat!
