{ Recipe } Lunch - Spicy Tuna & Avocado Rice Crackers

Recipe

  • Small Tin of Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cherry Tomato
  • 2 Rice Lunch Crackers
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Cracked Pepper

Method

  • Simply dice up the avocado and mix it gently together with the tinned tuna.
  • Place spoonfuls on top of the rice crackers and season with cayenne pepper.
  • Top with a lovely fresh cherry tomato.

Tips

  • You will notice I put spices or chilli on most of my food! One, it raises your body temp so you can burn more calories :) and two, I like hot food and I don't like putting salt on my food, this gives it that zing that I am looking for!
  • You don't have to add chilli ;)
