Recipe

  • 1 Boiled Egg
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • Boiled Turmeric Chicken
  • Cracked pepper

Method

For this recipe I had prepared the chicken & boiled egg earlier and reheated it for this dish.

  • Boil chicken breast fillet in diced pieces in turmeric spiced in the water, boiled for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Cut the tomato in quarters.
  • Cut the boiled egg in quarters.
  • Add basil leaves and cracked pepper. Enjoy!
