{ Recipe } Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs with Avocado

Recipe

  • 2 Eggs (Scrambled)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 5 Slices of Jalapeños 
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Cracked Pepper

Method

  • Crack 2 eggs and whisk until combined.
  • I microwave mine for 2 minutes, you can cook it how you would like to on the stove or otherwise.
  • Cut up the avocado into diced pieces add to cooked eggs.
  • Add Jalapeños, cayenne and cracked paper, stir through and enjoy!
