Recipe

  • 2 Scrambled Eggs
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cherry Tomato
  • 5 Basil Leaves

Method

  • Crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk until combined. (I do not add milk or salt).
  • Put it in the microwave for about 1 minute, check your cooking settings may need less or more time and heat.
  • Add bowl, the eggs, sliced avocado, cherry tomato, basil leaves and cracked pepper. Enjoy!
