Recipe

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 2 Truss Tomatoes
  • 5 Almonds
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • Cracked Pepper

Method

  • Crack egg then whisk the until combined. I never add anything to it it's just egg :)
    TIP: I use the microwave for 1 minute to cook the egg then break it apart with the fork. But, you can use whatever cooking method you prefer)
  • Slice the avocado and put it to the side
  • Cut tomatoes in quarters add to the egg
  • Add the almonds and basil leaves
  • Add cracked pepper and enjoy!
