{ Recipe } Breakfast - Salmon, Egg, Coriander & Lemon

Recipe

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Slices of Smoked Salmon
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Cracked Pepper

Method

  • Cook the egg, leaving them nice and runny (better for the body to digest)
  • Add the smoked salmon to the top of the egg and coriander
  • Cut a quarter piece of lemon and squeeze it over the top and add cracked pepper. 
  • This was such a refreshing and lovely breaky, enjoy!
