{ Recipe } Breakfast - Fruit Salad with Mint & Almonds

Recipe

  • 1/2 Mango
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 5 Blueberries
  • 5 Blackberries
  • 5 Raspberries
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit
  • 5 Green Grapes
  • 1 Passionfruit
  • 5 Almonds
  • 5 Mint leaves

Method

  • Cut Mango in half, then slice in to diced pieces.
  • Cut Kiwi fruit in half and cut into half slices
  • Add the berries and grapes.
  • Add the passionfruit and gently toss through the salad.
  • Add the almonds and mint leaves and enjoy!
