Recipe

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Cracked Pepper

Method

  • Lightly fry the eggs until the top of the white is just cooked, leaving the eggs a little runny. TIP: eggs are easier to digest when they are not completely cooked hard :)
  • Slice the avocado put to the side and add cracked pepper.
  • It's that easy takes about 5 minutes max!
