Berry Mango Chai Smoothie Made In A Bellini

  • 1/2 punnet Blackberries
  • 1 large Mango
  • 3 Tspn Black Chai Seeds
  • 150ml Full Cream Coconut Milk
  • 200ml Water
  • 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder

Topping

  • 8 Blackberries
  • 4 Small pieces of diced Mango
  • 1/2 Tspn Black Chai Seeds

Method

Note: Put aside the topping pieces before you add contents to the blender.

Add Blackberries, Mango, water, coconut milk, whey, cinnamon, coconut into the mixing bowl with the chopping blade. Then add the Chai seeds, but gently mixed them in with a spoon or on a very gentle stirring speed on the blender.

Pour your drink into to the cup, add the topping as you like, sprinkle the Chai Seeds and enjoy!

Settings

Temp: 0 |  Speed: Increase gradually from 5 > 7 > 9

Time: Chopping blade > 1 minute > Scrape sides > Blend for 30 seconds more, it should be a nice smooth texture.
