Pink Hope Breakfast Smoothie Made In A Bellini

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1/4 Punnet Raspberries
  • 1/4 Punnet Blueberries
  • 1-1 1/2 Cup Soy Milk
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder

Topping

  • 6 Fresh Whole Raspberries
  • 6 Fresh Whole Blueberries 
  • 1 Tspn Desiccated Coconut 

Makes 1-2 drinks

METHOD

Break up the banana into pieces, add all of the berries to the Bellini bowl with the chopping blade. 

Sprinkle the Whey Powder (the brand you prefer) Cinnamon and pour in the soy milk.

Add the topping to the drink with the raspberries, coconut and blueberries. Glitter was just for show, this is cake decorating edible glitter made from sugar :) use it if you want to!

Settings

Temp: 0  |  Speed: Increase gradually from 5 > 7 > 9

Time: Chopping blade > 1 minute > Scrape sides > Blend for 30 seconds more, it should be a nice smooth texture.
