Breakfast Oozie Smoothie Made In A Bellini

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 Medijool Dates
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Tspn Ground Cinnamon 
  • 1-1 1/2 Cup Soy Milk
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder

Topping

  • 6 Fresh Whole Raspberries
  • 6 Fresh Whole Blueberries 

Makes 1-2 drinks

METHOD

Break up the banana into pieces, peel and cut mango into pieces, cut the peach in half remove pit/seed and cut into pieces (skin on), pull the dates in half and remove pits/seeds add all ingredients to the Bellini bowl with the chopping blade. 

Sprinkle the Whey Powder (the brand you prefer) Cinnamon and pour in the soy milk.

Settings

Temp: 0  |  Speed: Increase gradually from 5 > 7 > 9

Time: Chopping blade > 1 minute > Scrape sides > Blend for 30 seconds more, it should be a nice smooth texture.

This is seriously oozzzing with goodness, moreish, delicious and filling, what more can a gal ask for, but a Tiffany's necklace ;)
