A Very Peachy Breakfast Smoothie Made In A Bellini

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Peach
  • 2 Apricots
  • 4 Medijool Dates
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tspn Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Soy Milk

Optional

  • Kids Chocolate Vitamin Sauce - I got this from the chemist and I make chocolate milkshakes out of it for the kids, it is packed full of vitamins they need and is sugar free! I just lined the cup with a little for effect and a little chocolatey goodness ;)

Makes 1-2 drinks

METHOD

Break up the banana into pieces, add peaches, apricots and 2 dates to the Bellini bowl with the chopping blade. 

Sprinkle the Whey Powder (the brand you prefer) Cinnamon and pour in the soy milk.

Settings

Temp: 0  |  Speed: Increase gradually from 5 > 7 > 9

Time: Chopping blade > 1 minute > Scrape sides > Blend for 30 seconds more, it should be a nice smooth texture.

This was soooo delicious! OMG! I am going to make it again I think! Enjoy!
