{ Recipe } Coconut Bomb Breaky Smoothie Made In A Bellini

Coconut Bomb Breaky Smoothie Made In A Bellini


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apricot
  • 6 Medium Strawberries
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder
  • 1+1/2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Tspn Ground Cinnamon
  • 10 Almond Nuts
  • 1 Tspn Flaxseeds

Makes 2 drinks


Break up the banana into pieces, add apricot (remove the seed!), strawberries, flaxseeds and Almonds to the Bellini bowl with the chopping blade. 

Sprinkle the Whey Powder (the brand you prefer) Cinnamon and pour in the and Coconut Water.


Temp: 0  |  Speed: Increase gradually from 5 > 7 > 9

Time: Chopping blade > 1 minute > Scrape sides > Blend for 30 seconds more, it should be a nice smooth texture.

Just loved this one, it was less of a creamy texture that the others this week and didn't have that fragrance that the Almond milk tends to give off. The coconut water has a great taste especially with the banana. I always have a banana because it is so filling. I tend not to be hungry until lunchtime now, but snack on nuts.
