A Dreamy Creamy Delight Breakfast Smoothie Made In A Bellini


  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 4 Medium Strawberries
  • 10 Almond Nuts
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tspn Ground Cinnamon

Makes 1 drink


Break up the banana into pieces, add strawberries, avocado in slices and Almond nuts to the Bellini bowl with the chopping blade. 

Sprinkle the Whey Powder (the brand you prefer) Cinnamon and pour in the Almond milk and Coconut Water.


Temp: 0  |  Speed: Increase gradually from 5 > 7 > 9

Time: Chopping blade > 1 minute > Scrape sides > Blend for 30 seconds more, it should be a nice smooth texture.

This was such a lovely creamy, gently sweet smoothie and because I have some left over I will do it again tomorrow but with a variation. I like to experiment!

Walked 2.5kms today, a good start to my Bali Bikini Body... just looking for swimsuits for inspiration and motivation now as my reward at the end of my goal journey!
