2015 The Year Is Yours - What Will You Do With It?

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Can you believe it is 2015! Seriously, where has the time gone?

When you think about it, it could be "just another day" on the calendar, nothing to get all excited about and start changing your life... or is it really just another day? I'm not so sure. There is a reason why so many of us around the world choose the new year to set our resolutions or goals, if you like, for the year ahead.

The year is structured for us into Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Days, Months, Terms/Quarters.

For many of us, we need this structure to manage our year, particularly us school mums. In business, we need the quarters and months to set sales targets, reporting and accounting schedules. In general life we manage our lives to the minute with calendars, diaries, and organisers. So it actually makes perfect sense to start today in making your resolutions for the year.

BUT....

Unfortunately for us, our lives are not a BlueRay Recorders and we can't just "set and forget" we have to TAKE ACTION! It's about setting your INTENTION and FOLLOWING THROUGH.

Why do so many of us (me included!) get half way through the year and our resolutions are simply a little list written on some paper, forgotten and lost somewhere you haven't looked at in months. It gets like that doesn't it? It doesn't have to be this way, this year or even for the years to come!

Recent stats show that many of us are just not committed to achieving our set resolutions. This New Years Resolutions 2015 Infographic by Daily Infographic shows that our main focus across the board is HEALTH, that is; exercise, eating healthy and quit smoking. Which are very positive goals to set! YAY!

The goal I have on top of my list is to SPEND LESS, SAVE MORE! How I will achieve this is through The Money Rules Program, which is helping me to reduce our debts and increase our savings once our debts are clear!

  • REWARD = A NEW ME happier, with more energy, an overseas Holiday & a sexy new swimsuit!
  • SUCCESS = Is achieving all goals completely, staying on track and I am happier for staying committed to my intentions!!
